Robert Keddie Cairns made an Application For Affiliation to Tzouhalem Chapter No. 26 on 24 October 1934. It stated he was a member of Keystone Chapter No. 8 in Nanaimo, B.C., was aged 41, and was a “Masseur.”
He was recommended for membership by Charles William O’Neill.
He was duly elected to membership in Tzouhalem Chapter, No. 26 on 28 December 1934.
Robert Keddie Cairns was also a Past Master of Temple Lodge No. 33 and served on the Duncan City Council.
