Tzouhalem Chapter, No. 26, Royal Arch Masons was formed in Duncan, B.C. in 1928 and since then has an honourable and interesting history in Duncan and the surrounding Cowichan Valley.

Tzouhalem Chapter, No.26 is named for Mt. Tzouhalem, a small mountain east of Duncan, B.C.

Our membership has included some significant figures in local history including Kenneth Forrest Duncan (the first Mayor of Duncan in 1912), Thomas Pitt (Mayor of Duncan, co-founder of Cowichan Merchants Ltd.), Andrew Hans Peterson (co-founder of Cowichan Merchants Ltd.)
